Game wont load no matter what

I was in a aram game and I had sudden lag and so did someone else and they said lag then right after that my character started walking back to base out of no where then everyone stopped moving including my character, the scree did not say disconnected or attempting to reconnect all characters were frozen but the game was not frozen, so I clicked the leave game button then for 10 minuets I try and click the reconnect button and nothing, it would not load keeps saying could not connect to server then I closed the app and relaunched it and ended up at the same point so then I decided to give up and watch youtube for 30 minutes then I tried to log back into the game just to get the same could not reconnect to server/ match screen so I restarted my computer and when I logged in is said reconnect to match ( this is 40 or so minutes after the game stared and its a aram match so it does not take that long even with afkes ) and it would not let me reconnect to match, at 40 plus minutes I do not think there is a match to return to so I think I got a broken patch or bad server. It only let me play that mach for about 10 minutes before going all haywire.
