No prior chest on champion, had 3 available, got an S, but did not receive chest [client]

Played my second yi game and he doesn't have the chest icon in my champ collection, but i just got an s- . I had three chest available, my profile says, and i didnt collect any from my first s on yi. I've been noticing this a lot lately too where the grades don't seem to be recorded. Champs that i got A's or S's often still say my highest grade is C or N/A or whatever it was before i received the higher grade. I am really confused at why this is happening pls fix
