[Client] Rank Duo invite while partner is in Game

A friend invited me to duo queue. I saw it late after coming back from being afk. I accepted the invite while he was in game.

1. Have the notification closed
2. Ally invites you to duo queue rank
3. Wait until he was in game
4. Accept the invite and you will be in a queue with your ally even though he is in game
