[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Ally Devour Bug

On Tahm, I have encountered a bug in which I am unable to devour my ally. In my ~50 Tahm games this has happened twice. Both times the ally was my adc jinx. I don't know if it a jinx specific bug, but not being able to devour my adc for the last 20 minutes of a game can be problematic.

I experienced same problem, just with different adc. It was Vayne. I could not save her with devour for the whole game. Frustrating at least.
