Animation Bug on Omega Squad Teemo - AA Animation, causing no damage to creeps if you move

The autoattacks of Teemos new Omega Squad Teemo Skin are instantly denied if you move your character in the attack animation. If you move away from the creep, while you want to last hit, the animation is shown, but no damage is inflicted, neither physical, ap or dot. Very annoying. If you do not stand still while shooting, the aa will not reach it's target. Tested it with any other teemo skin, it worked perfect, just OS Teemo denies the shot.
