[CLIENT] Unable to pick runes

Started a ranked game and after choosing a champion and selecting a skin it said "You can pick your Rune page starting at level 8. Until then, a page will be chosen automatically based on your champion". I have a photo but I can't upload. (I dodged the game because of this too)
