Hello! The big question for me(lb player) is why w on lb now need 0.5-1 sec to go back on it. Seems like it's time to animation of lb shadow appears, but it also means that you can't turret dive/poke enemy without taking a dmg from turret or you can't jump in 5 man to poke someone bcs now they have time to land cc on you, even before changes good players also can do it, but now ... xD

Yep, the update definitely favors ap LeBlanc. And in general I think it is very good - although it maybe should be tweaked a bit (like the passive cooking time)
