Something about lb w

Hello! The big question for me(lb player) is why w on lb now need 0.5-1 sec to go back on it. Seems like it's time to animation of lb shadow appears, but it also means that you can't turret dive/poke enemy without taking a dmg from turret or you can't jump in 5 man to poke someone bcs now they have time to land cc on you, even before changes good players also can do it, but now ... xD
