[GAMEPLAY] Heimer turret vs Leblanc clone

This is a little funny bug I encountered today. Even if there was literally nothing there, one of heimer's turrets was shooting something which seemed invisible just near it. They had a Leblanc, who is probably the champion that caused the bug. When she got in heimerdinger range, the turret started shooting at her at an incredible range... it was like a semi-automatic weapon. I was just near the turret, so there was no one invisible there. Also, I don't think the turret was dealing any damage, but it was still pretty funny lol. I really don't know how to reproduce the bug, but I'll try: 1.Leblanc double R press near a heimer turret. 2.Heimer steps out of mini-turret range. 3.Heimer gets in Leblancs range far away from the turret.

It is a very rare and funny bug, I will try to post a screenshots as soon as I finish my LoL game.
