Champion icons not appearing during champ select

During champ select, sometimes it would bug out and not show any champions that players pick including my own. However i can see the champion pool and summoner names. My other friends have also experienced this and told me the same situations. And after restarting the client, it later does appear to work but the next day it might not. Anyone else have this issue?
