Stuck in an infinite game

I started a game as I usually do, the problem began after the 60 sec of choosing my champion, the problem began during the next 10 seconds were it says to get ready because those ten sec extended to almost 30 sec in which I could still communicate with my team (we were all laughing saying gg rito).

After those those 30 sec the game loaded properly and I thought it all got fixed, but I was wrong. When we all finally loaded up to 100% the game crashed and when I click the reconnect button my screen becomes black and after a wile a message pops up saying "The game has crashed, do you want to try to reconnect?".

I have already waited for 2 hours and the same thing appears, I logged out and back in, restart my computer and it still doesn't change. You might think its the game that doesn't work and I should uninstall and install it again but the game works on my other account.

I hope you can help me find a solution because I starting to get worried, I really don't want to loose my account (and my money).
