Not getting mastery token / chest drops on Poro King?

I'm not 100% sure this is in the right place but I wasn't sure where else to put it.

I have two issues, both with the Poro King game mode:

I have had two S- games with Karma, and I have not received a chest for doing so. All of my chests are up for this month, and I have not earned a chest with Karma this season. Is the chest drop random even with S ranked games, or do you still not earn chests because Poro King is on Howling Abyss?
I also just had an S- game with Sona, and I did not get a mastery 6 token drop; again, are the drops on these random, or being affected by Poro King being on the Howling Abyss map?

You are still be able to earn key fragments and chests, but you are not able to earn the mastery level 6/7 tokens. I don't know what may be causing you to not earn the chests for your Karma games.

Thank you for your reply! I'm bummed about not getting the mastery tokens but I suppose it's understandable. I'll wait and see if someone might have an idea about my Karma games.
