[Score Board} Thunder Lord says 30 sec cd

When you tab the score board and mouse over your top mastery it says 30sec cd instead of the intended 20 sec. Also can we get a small icon notice when its up. That would be very helpful and actually exciting to go in for the kill procing your thunder!
