Fiora / GP Bug

Not entirely certain if this is a bug but I just played a game as Fiora and tried to use her riposte vs a Gangplank parrrley and it didn't block it. Since riposte blocks the next basic attack and parrley just increases GPs range for one attack shouldn't it be blocked?

yes parrley is treated as a basic attack.
