Promo Series bug

When I logged in today, the league client performed an update. I played 1 ranked game and got into my promo series...best of 3. I queue for another ranked game, and while in queue, for the first time ever, I get a new pop up in the client saying something like, "we are trying to reconnect you to league of legends, if your internet connection is working, click exit. I checked facebook and my internet is still working so i do not click exit...i attempt to let the pop up work its way out. The queue pops, so I hit exit and click decline. I did not click accept match. The client freezes on the decline screen. I exit league. I come back...wait 10min and queue ranked. I play one and lose one and now im out of my promos and at 83 LP. Please check my profile and put me back in my promos. Thnaks
