Can't submit support ticket

My old email was recently compromised as Microsoft sent me an email about it but wouldnt let me get my old email back so it has been blocked. I have since then change all my game account emails to my new one. However when I went in to change it I could only verify it was my through the hotmail email that i can no longer use. Id really like to change my account email before something potentially happens to my league account. I really do love this game. I am willing to answer any questions to get this done! When I made the recovery ticket and filled out as much info as possible, Id go to verify im a human, It gives me the green check mark to submit, But when I hit submit it says the catcha failed try again. I thought trying different browers would help but it didnt. I have no extension blocking anything. I really need help here.
