[GAMEPLAY] Returned damage from Bramble Vest and Thornmail does NOT cause turret aggro to be taken

Problem Description: When auto attacking someone within turret range and having Bramble Vest and/or Thornmail reflect damage, the champion who has said item does NOT take turret aggro. If the purpose of this effect is to do damage to the person attacking you, it should cause aggro to be taken in the same way that Sunfire Cape or Cinderhulk would cause aggro to be taken.

If someone wants to buy this as an item in the laning phase that's fine, but when trying to counter their item choices and attacking them first to ensure they take aggro during a dive, or when standing there tanking your AA's as they attack your turret without taking aggro, that's clearly a bug.

How To Reproduce:

1. Have enemy champion purchase Bramble Vest or Thornmail
2. Have enemy champion shove wave under your turret and stand within turret range, so that minions are the first thing to take aggro
3. Auto attack the enemy champion and watch and you take damage, and they do NOT take turret aggro.
