Rammus W Bonus Armor Doesn't Affect Iceborn Gauntlet's Size

Activating Rammus' W (which increases both his resistances) does not increase the size of the Iceborn Gauntlet's passive spellblade effect. It doesn't increase the displayed value on the item and, when you auto and use the effect, the area seems to be the same as when the W is not active.
