Can't get into champ select when duoing with someone!!

So i duo queued with a friend of mine for rank so right when we found a match i accept it but i couldn't get into champ select causing me to dodge. Btw all i saw after i accepted was back into the room where you invite people to the mach. (I have a windows computer)
