Azir soldier auto attacks

Just thought I would remind you guys once again that Azir's soldiers auto attacks don't happen when they should. I dont have any actual numbers to back this up but since I play this champ quite a bit I can tell you that its probably about 10% of the time that a soldier is ordered to attack and it does not happen. You see Azir's animation, you can hear the attack animation, but the soldier does not attack or apply any damage. Essentially Im missing 10% of the damage to champs in fights, and I miss quite a few last hits from this. Its a major problem that has been present through so many patches.
