Bug with Azir wall that doesnt push enemies away!

I have played a few games on azir in the last week and have noticed that when casting azirs ult, it sometimes doesnt push back the enemies in the way of the wall. I'm not sure if this has been addressed already but its a bug that only happens 1/5 ults or so. Its very annoying to try to ult someone away and then you see your wall go right past them and do no dmg or displace them :(. Has anyone else had this problem?
