I have tryed everything reinstalling league... nothing work... I cant shop.. I cant esc cause everything flash each 0.1s... its so annoying a cant buy.. riot ban me from the game but itsnt my fault I have try to solve the issue but it isnt working..

I have try to update my graphic card driven still doesnt work.. try to get directx 10 inted of directx11 still doesnt solve the issue... The best I have got is to get in windows view.. I dont have any issue... I still have penalty .. witch I dont deserve!!!!!! I still think its league of legends fault...
