Jarvan Passiv Bug

[Gameplay]

So i played a normal game because rankeds are offline atm and tried Jarvan Top First i noticed that the animation of jarvan's first autohits were missing and realiezed later that this autohit is his passiv. The sound was still there of his passiv but not the animation nor the extra damage it should apply. The Game lastet like 40 minutes or something else and it didnt work a single time in the entire game

For everyone who doesnt want to read :)

1. Jarvan's passiv animation is not there
2. also the damage of it is missing
3. the sound is still there
4. Did not work a single time in a Game

In my opinion this game is pretty game breaking since you are not able to deal nearly as much damage as you should.
