Random False disconnect bug [CLIENT]

The link is a screenshot. So the gist of the problem is although i'm connected and typing I am not able to choose a champion. This is a random occurrence so I apologize but I do not know how to replicate it. Thank you for the time you took to read this report http://prntscr.com/aeihto
