[CLIENT] Accept/Decline pop up For ARAM staying present after accepting

After queuing up for an ARAM, the pop up for accepting or declining the match will stick around over the top of the pre-game lobby. You are then unable to so anything inside the lobby. You cannot trade players, grab a champion off the bench, change your runes, or change your summoner spells. YOu'r stuck with the pop up displaying over the pre-game lobby. The sound of the pop up keeps whirling. Once you load into the game, the client still whirls away with the match accept/decline notice. You have to log out of the client to get things to stop, but by then you have loaded into an ARAM with most likely wrong runes and summoners and perhaps a champ you wish not to play or one you'd have liked to trade to a teammate. If you close the client with the bug active in the pre-game lobby, when you log back in, you're punished with a 5+ minute queue dodge timer.

This has happened to me and at least four of my friends and happens to someone almost once in every 20 games or so.
