I need immediate help>.<, account/client is fronze

so a fried said he mystery gift me 2 skins and right when i received the first one that faded black background appears, you know the one that fades the client when a gift shows up, but now my accunt is stuck like that and i cant press a single thing on the client. i need some help with this, i tried redownloading, restarting, relogging but none of those work, my account is still stuck on that screen, help please
