Rengar Bug Last 4 patches long

WHEN I WAS PLAYING RENGAR, SOME THING MADE MY FULL FURY(all skills become yellow) E GETS ON CD, u dont know how annoying is it when u stack up 5 furies but E is on cd so i only can watch them get away and get blame by teammates 4 not using E's root， this is really serious , pls fix it as fast as u can
