[GAMEPLAY] Keystone rune Guardian procs even when you're dead.

This happend to me on 3v3 tournament. We tried it on Summoner's rift as well and result was same (twice).

1. Pick up anyone with Guardian Keystone (In this case Blitzcrank)
2. Die, doesn't matter where, just die.
3. Let your teammate step on your dead body while Guardian is off cooldown and let someone damage him. (Tower, Enemy champion etc.)
4. Guardian procs even when you're dead.

I didn't find in client or somwhere else that Guardian should be working this way. If it's not a bug, please, add something to it like "Guardian can procs while you're dead" or something. Like with a Redemption.
