No Grade Showing

[GAMEPLAY] I was playing a regular Blind Pick game in Summoner's Rift and I went 17/0/5. After the enemy team surrendered, I was sent to the end game screen and was shown with no grade. Just a spinning circle. With a KDA like that, i wouldve probably gotten an S- but i was granted with nothing and no token. Riot, please help me and fix this glitch.
