5.11 PATCH CLIENT UPDATE FAIL , please help me !

please help me ! so jus yesterday I was playing fine nd I was logging in fine . but when the patch 5.11 came out nd time for updating it was updating fine until it got stuck at 33% I left it there for about 1 hour nd came back nd it was still the same . I have tried many times to repair . but it does not work . it will still pop up nd say the same thing . I have tried deleting some files . I have uninstalled nd reinstalled , checked my internet , I tried switching my server to oceania server nd then switch back to north america server for an attempt for it to work . doesn't work at all . I have 2 screen shots of 2 different times I tried nd still the same . if I would exit the pop up I would load until 32% nd stop . also the KBps would start from 1000+ but go to zero as you can see in the screen shots . SO PLEASE HELP ME !!

Same as me dude I've been trying to fix for such a long time heres what I posted on the forrums like an hour ( I haven't got a reply btw)

Please fix this: here's whats been happening the patch 5.11 will download to 33% it will then enter phase two of the patching system and it will download very slow my internet is very good always at 5 bars. By the time it hit around 67% the KBPS will diminish to 0 PS and the download will keep going till it hits 99% this is when the LoL Client will crash and bug splat will come up. I have gone to the forums asking for help and received none I have also gone through your step by step troubleshooting. When this failed I turned to other forums and YouTube vids I have tried all the solutions that were on there Ex ( restarting my computer at least 30 times, disabling IPv6, deleting my logs, turning off all my fire walls etc. Now when i mess with the files I can get the download for patch 5.11 to go very fast till it hits 33% then it will enter phase two and slow down eminsly I have also tried to repair my client with the client repair but it always glitches out and the patch 5.11 downloads. I have run scans for viruses with my 100$ antivirus system and I have also disabled my anti virus system. when I X out of the patcher (download) and re-enter it starts at 33% always unless I mess around with the files. I have had this problem before when i'II first started to play LoL and it made me stop playing it I then fixed the problem sometime ago by repairing the client I don't have that option currently because of the stuff I said above. I have spent a lot of money on this game and I think its very fun but this spoils it for me I have been trying to fix it for the last 6 hours all I wanted to do is play a little LoL with my friends. Please don't ignore

the same thing is happening with me It will downlaod up too about 40 percent then the kbps will go to 0kbps and then stop with the same error as well.

Presently struggling with this issue myself as well. Only my third run with the patcher and if it happens again I will submit a ticket.

Since it is an unspecified error my advice would be to click the question mark icon and save the logs then submit a ticket to the player support detailing your issue and what you have done with both of the information the player support will be able to target the issue behind your problem and find a solution to it sometimes it takes them awhile to go through all the logs and tickets but you will get an answer. I hope this helps. I have also upvoted both your comment and this post in hopes of getting it some more attention and remember the more information you can provide the better the screenshots and your description as well as the logs will give them more clues as to what the issue is.

I've had the same issue for 3 days now tried everything in the patching issues article, reinstalled too. My laptop and PC which are wireless are both stuck on 33% not wanting to download the 5.11 update, this is the first time i have had issues updating league, it's really frustrating that i cannot play bc of this.
