Poppy Bugs after latest patch

I play Poppy a great deal, and I noticed recently that sometimes when Diplomatic Immunity is cast on a champ who is not engaged in the fight, there are some champs that are still inflicting damage. This happened most recently when I ganked Fizz. I casted Diplomatic Immunity on Fizz, and Fizz ran from the fight, then Renekton jumped in and started inflicting damage on me, even though Diplomatic Immunity was still active. However, this has happened on more than one occasion against other champs.

Heroic charge frequently fails to inflict stuns. I have noticed a number of times that when I hit an enemy champ into a wall using heroic charge, that they do not get stunned, and these are cases where the distances were very short, so I am positive that it is not because I was too far away.
