Champ select skips your turn to pick, unable to select a champion and gives you a dodge

Recently I was playing my last series match (3rd game), I was 3rd pick. Once my turn came to pick the immediate sound of the pick sound went on then the lock sound went off as if I had picked a champion. The lock button was greyed out and I was unable to click on champions, same with the 4th pick. The person on the other side was able to flash their champion and everything (even tho they only did it once). Once the timer ran out, it said you were removed from the game because you failed to pick a champion (despite being unable to). This gave me a dodge meaning I lost my last series game and it really frustrated me (not gonna lie). I had no idea what caused it, but I hope they can provide a fix ASAP because it is extremely infuriating.
