Irelia Flawless Duet (E) Stun Duration

Hello, when looking at Irelia's new skills online, it says that Irelia's Flawless Duet stun starts at 0.8 seconds and scales to 1.2 seconds at max rank. When I play her in game though, it says it's 0.75 seconds at ranks 1 through 5. When leveling up and mousing over the skill to see what leveling her E will do for you, it shows the damage increase, the cooldown decrease, and the stun duration oddly says 0.75 --> 0.75. Normally if part of an ability is not changed when leveling, it is not displayed at all when mousing over the ability to level it up. I'm not sure if it was changed for live or if this is intentional. Thanks.
