[GAMEPLAY] Sion's Q and R breaking in mid to late game

I've read about this after the first time it happened so it may be connected to buying an item or just a weird little glitch. While playing as Sion, his Q and R just plain stop working. I'll do more games with him to see what the problem might be caused by. its hugely frustrating so wish me luck.

[EDIT] I have found that if you level the W and E before Q/R it seems not to bug out!
