First win mission not showing up on alternate accounts.

My first win mission will not show up. It works fine on my main account but when i go to my smurf it doesn't show up. The notification for the mission (the yellow number 1 on the missions button) is there but when i click on it nothing shows up. I tried re downloading the client and even tried switching computers nothing worked. plz help
