There seems to be a bug with Kalista where if her w passive is on a minion relic shield's execute function will not activate. It just kills the minion granting Kalista gold, but no gold to the support and no health regained to either champion.
I can confirm this. Did talon botlane and missed last hits on sieges. I'm not sure but i think the bug still applies when activated spells like Noxian diplomacy are used, will test this with Nasus' Siphoning strike + relic shield.
I concur as well. It still executes the minion and gives the kill gold to kalista. However, it does not use a charge, grant kill gold to the support, or health to either player.
