Rek'Sai Tunnel Bug

While playing as Rek'sai, it seems that you can lock yourself out of your tunnels by clicking on another tunnel entrance close to the exit of the tunnel you're currently burrowed in. Like so;

1.) Enter a tunnel entrance. 2.) While in transit to the exit of Tunnel A, begin rapidly clicking on the entrance to tunnel B. Tunnel B's entrance must be within normal entrance range, essentially adjacent to the exit of Tunnel A. 3.) Both Tunnel A amd Tunnel B will enter the cooldown between uses state. Death by pursuers possible, but optional.

Any word on this? Anyone else experiencing something similar?
