[BUG] Couldn't pick a champion as first pick after my 'teammate' bans the champion I wanted to play.

I was in champion select with one premade. I selected as the champion I wanted to play. The non-premade support banned . My premade said everyone on our and their team banned something. Then when I had to pick, my screen didn't change and I couldn't click on any champions, they didn't show up on my pick thing. My timer didn't run, even though my teammate saw that I was picking.

It also gave me the queue dodging penalty. This might have been my first queue dodge in two seasons.

I don't know how to reproduce this issue.
