Multiple issues with LoL

Almost every time I load up Lol either the launcher won't come up, the actual client won't appear after I click launch or the game itself won't load after I join a team and we start the match. As it is right now I have to delete files in Lol to get certain parts to work, update the game again, and then run the repair just to play the game. Not only is it a pain in the tush, but every time I forget to fix something before joining a game it won't actually let me play until I run the repair service, leaving my team down one player. This is getting me reported for Afk/leaving the game and I'd rather not get banned for some odd issue with Lol. If any1 has any ideas on how to help plzzzzzzzzzzzz post them.
