Pulsefire Twisted Fate skin's teleport animations are bugged.

I just had a game against twisted fate with Pulsefire Skin.

At first I was confused that he just appeard out of nowhere to my back, I thought " ok I just didn't notice it, can happen" but it kept happening.

So I asked : does anyone in team see twisted fates ultimate icon and animatio or hear the sound?

Just ONE person out of four said they did, but even then it was extremely ligth colored and almost see trough.

Please make Pulsefire twisted fates ult animation, ult sound and telportation circle more visible.
