Uninstalling Riot Client (League of Legend), deleted all my folders

Hello, i would like to share an issue i just had while uninstalling the client. My Folder containing league of legend was located on another disk than the C: . The uninstallation deleted the folder of league of legend, but also all the other ones. It shouldn't be the case, as i always create a new folder when i install a new program (for example : [user/RiotGame] ... but it deleted all the folder in "user" instead of just Riotgame. So i lost all my work and my other software installed... thankfully i make back-up...
