Sound Fluctuating

I'm having a problem with my client when I launch the main application. As soon as the main application starts working, my sound starts fluctuating weirdly. The most common thing that happens is that the sounds volume moves up and down. Another recent thing that happened that my sound than changed its balance to have most of the sound coming out of the right ear. I don't know what causes this and the game is not effected anyways but it does sound weird none the less.

I am playing on an HP Elitebook 8760w using Windows 10. The sound goes through a Logitech G430 using the USB provided. TBH I don't think this started happening till I installed Windows 10.

I can confirm this being a problem. My sound plays heavily out of my right earphone and hardly out of the left. Only happens with league. I have windows 8.1 and a logitech g930 headset.
