Black loading screen

Every time I try to play league everything goes good till the loading screen and every time after champ select the loading screen is black and I never join and if I do it says wifi connection but I know its not wifi because I play other games like dead by daylight and apex and my wifi is fine. This only started after the recent patch, I have windows 10
