Empty Champ Select

I was in the queue for an ARAM game. I opened the store, and then was immediately matched for a game. I accepted the game and was taken to a completely empty champ select screen. Everything was black except for the border and title bar buttons. I had no choice but to exit the client and take the hit for dodging the queue. I couldn't be sure I'd see anything when the game started, and I couldn't select runes, etc.
