[GAMEPLAY] Cassiopea W dissapearing

I was in a game against a Cassiopea when i noticed that her W wasn't appearing on the ground. I could see her cast it, but nothing appeared and i would take damage from being in the zone. One of my other teammates was also encountering this bug making her W impossible to know where it was and therefore dodge it. After the game i tried going into a custom summoners rift game and it worked as intended, so i tried Howling Abyss, since i was playing it at the time it happened it might have caused it somehow, but worked as intended. It might've been a one time visual bug or something else but i failed to reproduce it.

I just ran into this issue last match i played this needs to be looked into

I can confirm this is happening on Howling Abyss in Snowdown. I have a screenshot of myself standing over a slow zone taking that poison effect but there is nothing visible on the ground.
