It gets me out of the game

I am playing as mf and the league gets me out of the game ,me and my support nami ,and the enemy vayne and sona ,the other teamates are ok ,ig gets some some error ,it takes me out everytime i reconnect to the game ! It says "A critical error has occured and the process must be terminated" FIX
