Kayn Transformation Bug

So today i played as Kayn, i filled the gauge and could transform into shadow assassin. I decided to wait the extra time to transform into darkin. Got into a team fight, died and when i respawned i had the 2 options to transform. I tried to transform into the darkin form in base but it wouldnt let me, i also couldnt transform into shadow assassin. I WAS AT THE SHOP. i disconnected and reconnected to see if it would help but once i reconnected i didnt even have any options anymore. i was stuck in the starting form without any options to transform.

I had a similarish issue, i got offered shadow form but wanted to wait for darkin form however the timer for darkin kept on reseting to max leaving me no choice but to go assassin.

This happened to me just last game, I came here to post about it but saw you had the same problem. When it happened to me I also had Rhaast's horns, but they were transparent. I hope this gets more attention because it is very frustrating.
