Glitch with TF's ult on Dominion (RIOT PLS FIX)

This is just dumb. Why this exists is beyond me, but I'm not exactly a fan of it. It's a cool situational escape, but it just shouldn't be there. Riot please fix this. Make sure you watch the video, otherwise you won't know what I'm talking about.
