Blitzcrank passive animation bug

So I am a blitz main for 4 years and this keeps bothering me.

The passive soundFx and Animation will continue non stop the entire game sometimes.

This have no effect in the gameplay stats. just an animation bug that the passive animation won't go away even after 10 seconds.
