I am literally salty because I got demoted when I just won a game before, I won the game before I got demoted and they didn't gave me lp. Please explain it to me?

All to do with MMR. Your MMR must have been extremely low compared to your rank. I assume u went on some kind of losing streak before finally winning a game but it was too late, the system needed to demote you.
You should make a ticket and ask if this is intend or not since they had issue with their server earlier and I heard that many people have trouble with their LP too.
And also, it's in my match history. They said the issue with the servers wouldn't affect the game and the results afterwards, still didn't get my lp anyways.
