While playing Nexus Blitz my team and the enemy team went into sudden death. Our nexus spawned and started walking like a minion. We escorted it all the way towards the enemy nexus and upon arriving we could not damage the Nexus nor was a walking nexus roaming around for enemy side either. We were about to make a comeback but was unable to due to not being able to damage the enemy nexus.
Same experience - we were about to win when the game entered sudden death and only our nexus spawned (so we had no way to win). Oops. Maybe that particular event should be disabled until the bug is sorted out.

Can confirm, this also just happened to me. Also a very close game where we had to deal with an uber fed Rengar. After finally acing them and rushing them we just straight up couldn't win while our Nexus suicided into the enemy fountain.
Just happened to me as well, except we were way ahead. I read this post before and didn't think it would happen, well here I am now lol.
